Jessica Pierson serves as the Vice President of Membership Engagement for ATD Rhode Island. A human resources leader with more than 10 years of experience in HR operations, policy development, compliance, employment law, and learning and development, Jessica is passionate about creating meaningful member experiences and fostering professional growth. Throughout her career, she has partnered with Legal, Government Relations and business leaders to develop HR policies, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and implement programs that strengthen compliance while enhancing the employee experience. She has also led training, onboarding, and learning technology initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and workforce development.
Jessica is committed to advancing the talent development profession and building a connected, inclusive community for ATD RI members.
She lives in Wakefield, Rhode Island, with her husband, Steve, and their son, Jacob.
